Skyturns has finally launched its multiplayer mode after ten years of development

The successful skill-based racing game Skyturns has officially announced its multiplayer update after ten years of development. Players can now test their skills against each other in real time for the first time since the game’s official release in 2014.

In Skyturns, players can look forward to showing off their skills in parkour and more as they can now start a battle at any level to get the highest score on the leaderboards. The level editor now also offers the ability for players to post their levels in-game for anyone looking for a challenge.

I wanted to create a quality mobile game that was skill-based and had great physics, something I wanted to play myself and hadn’t found in the app stores. The idea came to mind with the shapes in the sky and the feel of the physics.“says Joakim, founder of Skyturns. “I’ve done my part now, the rest is up to the players. How far can we take this? How crazy and beautiful levels can be created in this game? How much can we push the best times in the levels? that’s what i hope to see!”

If you’re interested in joining in on the fun, you can take Skyturns at the google play store for Android devices and on the iOS app store. Check out the embedded clip above to get a little sneak peek of the game’s vibes, visuals, and mechanics, plus find out all about how multiplayer will play out in the game.
